We were delighted to host an in-person information session alongside local authority professionals, giving individuals the opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and gain support around Direct Payments.

It was wonderful to hear such positive feedback from attendees, with many finding the session helpful, educational, and beneficial. Face-to-face support continues to make a real difference in helping people feel informed and empowered.
