Starting school is a big milestone, and if toilet independence is something you're working on at home, you're not alone.

The good news? There is still time to help your child build confidence using the toilet on their own before September. Toilet independence is about more than using the toilet itself. It can also include recognising when they need to go, managing clothing, wiping and washing their hands.

Small, consistent steps can make a real difference, and every opportunity to practise helps 🚽

WeMatter is a video-based digital service for children and young people (CYP) who have been affected by domestic abuse.

It provides specialist support to 8-17 year-olds who have been affected by abuse within their parent or carer’s relationship, or within the family home.

It’s not suitable for children and young people who are experiencing ongoing domestic abuse or for those who are still living with the alleged perpetrator.

WeMatter is available across the whole of England.

What is the Baby Check app?
If your baby is under six months of age, you can use the Baby Check app to find out if they need to see a health professional.

The app includes 17 simple checks you can do if your baby is showing signs of illness. Each check tests for a different symptom and, when completed, the app will let you know if your baby needs to see a health professional, giving you peace of mind in your pocket.
