Autism Central offers NHS-funded support for parents, carers and support networks of autistic people of all ages.

They provide a range of free online group learning events for families and a monthly newsletter. You can also book a free one-to-one coaching session (online or phone) with a peer guide to access practical guidance.

Movement and Sensory Space Mass

Holy Family Church in Allestree are hosting a movement and sensory space Mass this Sunday.

This will be a ‘relaxed’ Mass, adapted for those with sensory needs. The celebrant will be Fr Jonathan Cotton. Refreshments afterwards. Everyone welcome!

There's a new social group for autistic girls aged 8-16 - no diagnosis needed.

This is a calm, welcoming space for autistic girls and their carers to chat, play board games, do craft activities or just hang out.
