It’s , and this year’s theme is Take Action 💚
The theme encourages us to take action for yourself, for someone else, and for all of us, reminding us that even small steps can make a meaningful difference to our mental wellbeing.
At Stoneywood, we’re taking action by creating safe and supportive spaces for the people we support. Tomorrow, we’ll be hosting our very first Mental Health Cafe, a space for service users to talk about what’s on their mind, connect with others, and receive practical advice on coping strategies.
We’ll also be raising money throughout the week with some fun fundraising activities, including guess the teddy’s favourite biscuit and guess how many green sweets are in the jar. Pop down to our office to take part and help us support an important cause!
