Temporary traffic restriction: Deeping St James

Please note it will be necessary to impose a temporary restriction as detailed below.

Organisation responsible for restriction: Anglian Water
Reason for restriction: Water main repairs

Nature and location of restriction:
Road closure Order - B1162 Broadgate Lane (Between 80m & 120m South of Priory Close)
Period of restriction:
11/07/2026 - 12/07/2026
(Restrictions to be implemented for 2 days as and when required during this period, signage detailing accurate dates and times will be displayed on site in advance)

Alternative route or access arrangements:
Diversion routes and vehicular or pedestrian access arrangements will be signposted.

The vandalism including graffiti and damage to boundary fencing which took place last week at Woody Heights Skate Park on Linchfield Road Deeping St James has been reported to the neighbourhoods team at Stamford, Bourne and Deeping Police Lincolnshire Police and South Kesteven District Council SKDC
The 6 CCTV cameras sited around the park have recorded clear footage which has been shared with the above organisations, so action will be taken
This facility was paid for and is maintained using the council tax collected from Deeping St James residents.
It is provided for the benefit and enjoyment of everyone in the community so damage such as this will not be tolerated.
If anyone has information about this incident please contact the Parish Council offices.
