Rapid Results Circuit Classes

Hi all, I teach two Circuit Classes every Tuesday at the two times and venue shown on the poster.

There will also be one class on Wednesday the 12th at 7pm til 7.45pm if you can't make Tuesday 💪.

This is an amazing class that works everything in a 45 minute workout, perfect for busy people, people who want to add a bit more to their workout routine and for those who want kick start or re-start their fitness journey.

My class isn't about being the best or perfect it's about you giving it your best and improving for you, your only competition is yourself 💪.

Join Saint Martin’s Women’s Institute for an informative evening with Kent Police as they talk about fraud, common scams, and how to protect yourself.
