REMINDER for tomorrow's Datchet Parish Council event WEDNESDAY 11am - 5pm

Datchet Parish Council invites you to come along and learn how to better protect your home and communities from flooding as unfortunately our own Datchet and neighbouring towns have been victims of the traumatic devastation this can cause. Extreme weather patterns appear ever prevalent with the hottest day on record recorded.

You have the opportunity to meet nationally recognised flood expert Mary Long- Dhonau MBE, and our own Councillors who oversee flooding programmes for Datchet. Also representation will be there from the Environment Agency and RBWM. What to expect
- practical advice on protecting your home from flooding
- how to be aware of community flood programmes
- emergency planning and flood prevention products and services.
Yum Treats Mr Whippy will be closeby to provide ice cream refreshments.

REMINDER FOR TOMORROW TUESDAY 26th MAY

Public Notice – Funeral Procession

Please note on Tuesday 26th May, a large funeral procession will be taking place at Datchet Cemetery on Ditton Road.
Between 2:00pm and 3:30pm, a hearse, mourners, funeral directors, and accompanying vehicles will be arriving and parking as the procession makes its way to the cemetery.
Please expect congestion on Ditton Road during this time.
