🌟 Say hello to our new Senior Leadership Team! 🌟

A huge congratulations to our newly elected Head Boy and Head Girl, alongside our Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl! 👏🎉

It was a fantastic campaign from all of the children who stood for election, and every single one of them should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved. They showed confidence, resilience, determination and a real willingness to take on responsibility and represent our school. 💙💛

The final vote was really close, which made for an exciting election right to the very end! 🗳️
We are incredibly excited to see our new Year 6 leadership team take on their roles and represent throughout the year. We are sure they will do an amazing job!

📚🐻 Bears’ First Visit to the School Library! 🐻📚
Yesterday, our Bears class had their very first visit to the school library! It was lovely to see the excitement as our Reception children explored the shelves and discovered all the wonderful books waiting to be read. 📖✨
Even more special was seeing our Year 1 children supporting their Reception buddies, helping them find their way around the library and choose a special book to take home and share with their families. ❤️
A wonderful example of our children learning, caring and growing together as part of the Ashleigh family. 🌳💙

📚🐰 A trip to the library! 🐰📚
Rabbits Class had a lovely visit to our wonderful school library this afternoon! 📖✨
We enjoyed learning all about how to use the library, how to look after our books and, best of all, choosing our very own books to borrow and enjoy at home until next week. 📚❤️
We’re looking forward to coming back next week to return our books and choose some new favourites! 🌟

We’ve been developing our understanding of place value, showing off some super mathematical knowledge and explaining our thinking along the way. 🧠👏
It’s fantastic to see the children working so hard, challenging themselves and building their confidence as mathematicians. Keep it up, Year 3! 🌟💪

They all settled in so well, had lots of fun and enjoyed exploring their new classroom and getting to know their teachers and friends. 💕

A big, warm welcome to our new Reception children, who have started their journey at Ashleigh today. We are so proud of each and every one of you for taking those first big steps into school this morning and afternoon! 💙

🌟🎭 WOW... what a show! 🎭🌟

Our first ever Year 5 & 6 production was nothing short of spectacular! From the opening scene to the final curtain call, the children delivered an absolutely incredible performance filled with energy, confidence, laughter and outstanding talent.

The show truly was West End worthy! Every single child gave their all on stage, and we couldn't be prouder of what they achieved. Their commitment, teamwork and dedication shone through in every performance, creating a show that everyone in the audience will remember for years to come.

A huge thank you and congratulations to Miss Lingard and Mr Harty for directing such a brilliant production. Your hard work, creativity and passion inspired the children to put on a truly unforgettable show.

Well done to our amazing cast and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make it such a huge success. You were all absolutely fantastic! 🌟

🎙️ It's here... our final Ashleigh On Air podcast of the school year! 🎙️

What an incredible year it has been for Ashleigh On Air! From the very first episode to today's final instalment, our children have embraced every opportunity with confidence, enthusiasm and so much personality. We couldn't be prouder of the way they have grown as presenters, interviewers and storytellers throughout the year.

A huge thank you to every child who has taken part—you have made the podcast such a special part of life at Ashleigh. We can't wait to see what next year brings!

Our final episode is made even more special with some fantastic Year 6 guests, as we celebrate their time at Ashleigh and hear from them one last time before they begin their next adventure.

Special from the moment you first stepped through our Reception classroom doors nearly seven years ago… and what a fitting way to end your time at Ashleigh by leaving through those very same doors one last time.

It has been an absolute privilege to watch each and every one of you grow, blossom and flourish into the amazing, caring, kind, intelligent and hardworking young people you are today. You have made us incredibly proud.

The foundations you have built during your time at Ashleigh will give you the confidence, resilience and determination to embrace the exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Never stop believing in yourselves—you are capable of amazing things.

As you begin the next chapter of your journey, remember that you will always be a branch of the Ashleigh tree. No matter where life takes you, you will always be part of our Ashleigh family. 🌳💙💛

Today has been emotional, but it has also been filled with pride, happiness and joy as we celebrated everything you have achieved.
