Will allotments still be here for future generations?

If you want your children and grandchildren to enjoy the many benefits of allotment gardening, now is the time to help protect them.

Allotments provide so much more than fresh fruit and vegetables. They support wildlife, improve health and wellbeing, strengthen communities, preserve valuable green spaces and inspire the next generation to grow their own.

By joining the National Allotment Society, you're becoming part of the national voice that works to protect and promote allotments across England and Wales. Together, we campaign for their future, provide trusted advice and guidance, support allotment associations and help ensure these special places continue to thrive.

Every new member makes our voice stronger.

Join us today and help protect allotments for tomorrow.

We had 21 people turn up to the Working Party today and an absolute ton of work was done. Thanks to everyone for giving up your time especially Gavin and others for their help with the pond. I will share photos later but there are around 20 fish, 8 frogs and 1 newt that are a whole lot happier in their new home tonight.

If anyone has taken some canes from plot J - could you please return them as this is no longer a vacant plot and they were the property of the tenant.
