Most of us have been kept in the dark about this change of system, so it's completely anti-democratic to push ahead.

Protest, your energy is needed to defeat this bill. And defeat the entire Americanisation project.

On Tuesday, a bill came to parliament to seal in the last 7 years' intense but undebated transition to US 'Cuts for Cash' incentives to roll back our health service, making way for private expansion.

It is leading us to a skeleton state service, like Medicare in the US.

Just as the founding of our service was a democratic triumph, Red Labour considers the entire, 30-year process of Americanising our healthcare to have been deeply and necessarily undemocratic.

Not least because the public and even most MPs, have been kept unaware. Did you know?

Red Labour will be highlighting it to raise awareness. So please join us in talking about, reading about and protesting about how illegitimate it has been to Americanise our healthcare.

There's a difference between pretending to defend the NHS from privatisation like Jon Ashworth and genuinely confronting it and the government's coming law to set it in stone.

Share with Socialist Health Association members for a Labour affiliate that challenges Labour to defend the NHS, instead of covering for complicity with the Tories.

5 years on and Jon Ashworth still won't oppose the NHS being restructured for profit, and Hancock making that into law.

We need a Socialist Health Association that's pushes to support the NHS, not help its Americanisation.
