HEDGE CUTTING ON AFON TERRACE.
Between Gates 2 & 3.
Commencing saturday 21st february 2026.
Please can all tenants refrain from parking on the concrete runway to the bottom parking area inside of gate 3 on the above date.
Trees wil be brought in on site & chipped into bark for everyone to use at the bottom parking area.
Your co operation will be appreciated.

Just a lttle heads up for everyone who has poultry on site.
There has been a fox spotted on site which has killed several ducks last night.
Please make sure your livestock is locked away during the nights.

WOODLAND ROAD & AFON TERRACE ALLOTMENTS!
AGM MEETING!
Will be on wednesday 26th november 2025.
The meeting will be held at croesyceiliog cricket & rugby club. (Upstairs room).
7pm Promt start.
The positions of chairman,secretary & treasurer are up for election.
If anyone wishes to take on any of these roles then can you please submit your nomination to either Mark Smith or Tracey Fennell within the next 7 days.
You will also need a 1st & 2nd person to nominate you, which also must attend the meeting.

BOTH SITES ARE NOW CLOSED UNTIL AN INSPECTION IN THE MORNING.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO ON SITE AS THE RIVER HAS NOW ENTERED & THERES TO MUCH OF A RISK TO YOUR OWN SAFETY.

WE ARE EXPECTING THE RIVER TO BURST ITS BANKS WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY POULTRY ON SITE EITHER REMOVE THEM NOW OR MAKE SURE THEY ARE UP FROM THE GROUND.
BUT PLEASE IF YOU ENTER THE SITE BE VERY CAUTIOUS & THINK OF YOUR OWN SAFETY FIRST.
STAY SAFE & FINGERS CROSSED THERES NOT TO MUCH DAMAGE.

We are reminding all tenants that the last opening of our allotment shop for the collection of rents is sunday 2nd november 2025. (Tomorrow).
A charge will be added regarding any late fees & a termination of tenancy maybe implemented if payment is not received.

To all members,
It has been brought to our attention that some members are feeding stray cats on site.
This has to stop immediately.
I have a complaint that a certain grey cat has a home & is refusing to leave the site whilst it's being fed.
At the end of the day this is someone's pet your keeping from home.
It stops now please.

It seems to appear that the lock to gate 1 on woodland road has been taken off the gate.
A temporary lock is in place to secure the site.
The gate will be now be temporarily locked within the hours of 1800hrs til 7am until a replacement is sourced.
