Tomorrow, Harry Cook will be competing in the Eastern Divisional Show. Harry has been a dedicated member of Goodes Amateur Boxing Academy for the past three years, consistently showing commitment, discipline, and a strong work ethic in the gym.

Happy 16th birthday Seren from all at Goodes boxing 🥊🥊🥊

Busy gym session this evening with some old faces making a return to the class.
We also had Seren whose been with us a few months taking her first time in the ring with the Veteran Big Ben, looking forward to seeing her progress and hopefully eventually representing GABA 🥊🥊🥊
