We do bank deposits, cash withdrawels, deposit cheques, travel money cards and currencies as well as passport check & send.

Update in regards to the Cupar post office

We understand in great depths on how the community of Cupar had to struggle with the post office being closed. We have been informed by insurers that it can take up to 3-6 months before we can open up our services to the general public. That is not acceptable in our eyes our inbox’s have been flooded with regulars constantly asking about our opening. We understand your frustration and have decided to open the Cupar Post Office on restricted and conditional terms as of Tuesday 5th August. You may wonder what is meant by “restricted and conditional” in a sense it means that 70% of our branch has been seized off therefore we will only have one active counter to for throughout the day we will have a primary focus of bill payments, banking, tax, currency, and parcels to certain extents. A new queueing system will also be enforced as of Tuesday the 5th to ensure all health and safety procedures are carried within the branch.

The change might cause an uproar within the community but all we humbly ask of is your support, patiences and cooperation.

Hi everyone,

First of all we would like to humbly apologise for any inconvenience caused. I would like to share some videos and photos about this disaster occurred at the cupar post office on the 13th July last sunday. One of the properties above the post office had caused a brutal leak which had affected the post office such manners we had to close for a short time period. The stock, fridges, printers, machinery, po computers and lottery machine were all destroyed! The water damage has completely ruined our business, our bread and butter our only source of income has been destroyed! We understand in great depths on how us being closed has had such a major impact on the cash economy of cupar and the community itself. regards on however long it will take for the post office itself to be COMPLETELY up and running we are personally trying our BEST to get something sorted out so we can start taking care of the community as soon as possible. All that we humbly ask is for your patience and time just please bare with us we will have something sorted out for tue community of cuper soon.
