🚧 Traffic Management Update - Week Beginning 14 September 🚧
A few roadworks affecting our area are either underway or due to start shortly:
🔹 Guardbridge (A91 near the Old Toll House and Phil Mar area)
SP Energy Networks are carrying out trial holes and core testing ahead of planned HV duct installation works. Temporary stop/go traffic control will be in place at various locations between 14 September and 1 October.
🔹 Leuchars Main Street
Scottish Water are scheduled to carry out repairs to sunken/worn covers and a manhole cover. Temporary traffic lights are expected between 16 and 18 September.
🔹 Newport-on-Tay (A914 from A92 east of roundabout)
Repairs following sandstone wall damage caused by a road traffic collision remain ongoing, with temporary traffic lights currently in place until 18 September.
🔹 Tayport, Shanwell Road
Scottish Water's lead renewal works continue, with give-and-take traffic management expected until 17 September.
As always, please allow a little extra time for journeys where these works may affect your route. Roadworks can be frustrating, but they are often necessary to maintain infrastructure and improve services.
