Greater Willington Town Council was pleased to organise a community litter pick on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 as part of the Big Spring Clean initiative. The event brought together local residents who generously gave their time to help improve the appearance of the area.
Volunteers worked hard throughout the morning, collecting a significant amount of litter from streets, green spaces, and public areas. Their efforts made a visible difference, helping to create a cleaner and more welcoming environment for everyone in the community.
The Town Council would like to extend its sincere thanks to all the residents who participated and supported the event. Your contribution is greatly appreciated, and it is this kind of community spirit that helps keep Greater Willington a place to be proud of.
