This vital voluntary service which helps local residents who are unable to drive to get to appointments etc, is a lifeline for many, so if you can spare a few hours to help, Sue would love to hear from you. Please note, there will be a small stretch of Chelworth Road that will be closed to traffic between the 8th - 10th June for Thames Water valve installation work. It will be from 58 Chelworth Road in a north easterly direction for 100 metres. Diversions will be in place.

We have received a report of some recent near misses/collisions on the winding narrow public footpath at Hares Chase/Hitchings between cyclists, scooters and pedestrians, including children. The path has 3 blind bends making it dangerous to be riding bikes/scooters at speed along it. Please remember, pedestrians walking the footpath have a right of way over cyclists riding through. The Sustrans 45 cycle path is along Bath Road and the railway tracks either side of Cricklade.

Have you bought your Duck Race raffle tickets yet? There are still some available from the Town Council, and what better way of having fun on the King's official birthday and by helping raise funds for the 2nd Cricklade Scout Group!

Tickets for the Sing 4/4 Community Choir Summer Concert on Saturday 11th July 7pm at St Mary's Church in Purton are now available to purchase from Cricklade Town Council. Adults £8.50, under 12s free.

A Monzo Business card has been handed in to us for a company called Three Strikes Limited from Calcutt Court, Cricklade. We are unable to find a telephone number for this company, so hoping someone out there can help us reunite this card with its owner! Proof of ID will be needed to claim the card.
