Customer notice,

To all parents with children in the CYGNETS, SWANS and PIRANHAS classes tonight (4th May) we are cancelling the lessons due to staff shortages, please note we have tried to reach out to you all by telephone.

Should be back on as normal next week.

Gym opening hours 8am-7pm 💪
Swimming lessons are ON 🏊
9am Studio Cycle class is ON ✅
10am Stretch class is ON ✅
5:30pm Yoga is ON ✅
Aquarobics and the later studio classes are unfortunately affected by the condenced opening hours and are therefor OFF ❌

As we go into April, our gym staff have decided to create a gym challenge for each month starting with a dead hang.💪 how long can you hold yourself up on the bar for. A prize will be given at the end of each month to the best scores🥇 Stay tuned for next months challenge which is nearly around the corner.

Good morning folks, sadly todays swimming times are not visible on the website. We politely remind those looking to attend public swimming that our lessons are on in the AM today, as such the pool is not available for general public swimming this morning.
