⚠️ National Service Update – PCD & AMZ Devices

We’ve been advised there is a national technical issue currently affecting Personal Counter Devices (PCD) — used for gas and electricity top-ups — and Amazon parcel (AMZ) terminals.

This is a wider network issue, and our team is monitoring updates from Post Office support. Normal service will resume as soon as the fault is resolved.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

Sonya Cary has been leading the Pontrilas branch and the adjoining charity, C.A.R.E CIC Herefordshire, for over eight years — supported by an amazing team of local volunteers.
