Our member Corinne Waterfield has now walked an incredible 440 miles in just 43 days as she continues her challenge to complete the entire 630-mile South West Coast Path in 60 days.
Corinne is raising funds for CALM “Every mile is for Welly, and for anyone who has ever felt alone,” said Corinne.
Her determination and resilience continue to inspire us all as she takes on this remarkable journey one step at a time.

🐸 Mad as a Bag of Frogs 🐸
One of our members, Corinne, is walking the South West Coastal Path for her 60th birthday in honour of her partner’s son, Welly, who sadly took his own life.
Corinne will be walking an incredible 630 miles over 60 days, starting at the end of April, to raise awareness for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) — a charity close to their hearts.
Corinne has described this as a life changing adventure.
Corinne began her fitness journey with us just before Christmas, following a personalised programme designed by our amazing instructors, Laura and Rachael. By enjoying a wide variety of classes, she’s been building both the physical strength and mental resilience needed to prepare for the challenge ahead.
We’re so excited to follow Corinne’s journey.
