Our popular 8-week Move Through Menopause course is returning, bringing together friendly, expert-led advice with fun, accessible activities to support both your body and mind.

Each week you’ll enjoy:

✨ 45-minute discussion covering topics including nutrition, HRT and future health
✨ 45-minute activity taster with options such as Pilates, studio cycling, circuits and more
✨ A small, supportive group where you can chat, connect and share experiences
