Join us on Wednesday 10th June from 10am–4pm at Fonmon Castle for an inspiring and thought-provoking day dedicated to mental resilience, wellbeing and stronger communities.

Widely respected both on and off the field, Nigel Owens will be sharing his personal experiences, insights and powerful perspective on mental health, resilience, pressure and authenticity — making this a truly special event you won’t want to miss.

THRIVE brings together educators, businesses, healthcare professionals, charities, community leaders and government representatives to explore practical ways to improve wellbeing in our workplaces and communities.

We’re also delighted to welcome speakers and contributors from:

✨ Cardiff University
✨ Leading health & wellbeing charities
✨ Kanishka Narayan MP

The summit will also explore the growing role of AI in supporting mental wellbeing, including both the opportunities and ethical responsibilities surrounding innovative wellbeing solutions.
