The University of Warwick Conservative Association is the society on campus for right-of-center politics. We're the most active University Conservative Association in the country, hosting guest speakers, social events, trips and more! The 1965 Executive Committee for 2022/23:

Final day of the UWCA foreign tour and we saved the best to last!
We started the day with a visit to heroes Square, where we came across a hero of our own in Winston.

There was a daunting challenge but we triumphed with a climb up the mighty Budapest Citadel where we were able to view the city in all its glory!

Finally, we ended the tour with a fantastic dinner on the banks of the Danube before heading off for one last night on the city...

Its fair to say that our members had a fantastic time in Hungary and it was a brilliant way to celebrate the start of the Easter holidays!

Join us on Thursday 2nd March in S0.18 from 18:30 onwards, for a fantastic event with Mark Fullbrook.

Fullbrook is the former Chief of Staff to Liz Truss, and campaign manager for both her and Boris Johnson. He will be coming in to talk about his campaigning experience, before taking questions from members.

Fullbrook will arrive at 18:30 to talk about his time organising and running campaigns. From 19:30 there will be a Q&A session, followed by drinks in T-Bar.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible!

The UWCA was proud to host Sir Jeremy Wright MP last night for a speech and drinks reception.

Sir Jeremy spoke about the need for competence and vision in government, expressing confidence in the Prime Minister and hope for the future of the Conservative Party. He then took questions from members on topics as varied as the ECHR, home ownership, and his decision to move from law into politics.

A fantastic event, thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance and we look forward to inviting Sir Jeremy back to the Association soon.

Particular thanks to the outgoing Events Secretary, Hugh Herring, for organising such a fantastic event.
