🌿 We’re thrilled to share that Friends of Cotgrave Country Park has been named a finalist in the BBC Make a Difference Awards – Environmental Category! 🌿
This recognition celebrates the incredible efforts of our volunteers, visitors, partners and local community who help make the park such a special place for people and wildlife.
As part of being shortlisted, we were invited to visit BBC Radio Nottingham, for an interview about the park and our work. The interview will be broadcast on the radio next month and be featured on the BBC website – an exciting opportunity to showcase what makes Cotgrave Country Park so special.
From our regular conservation task days and wildlife walks to our nature trail and community events, we’re passionate about connecting people with nature while protecting and enhancing this beautiful green space for future generations.
