This week Corby Red Watch have been deployed to support Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service during the moorland fires at Tintwistle.
Over Tuesday 28 and Wednesday July 29, the crew used the High-Volume Pump (HVP) to supply water across a distance of 1.3 miles along the Pennine Way.
Operating in challenging terrain, the firefighters were supported by two Fire Officers to help dampen down the area and help prevent the fire from escalating further.
A fantastic effort by all involved, working together to protect communities and the environment.
