👥 International Day of Older People 2026 returns to the Civic Hall on Saturday 3rd October, from 11am–2pm.

The event aims to raise awareness of our ageing population and the importance of ensuring everyone can grow older with dignity. There will be plenty of useful advice, support and signposting opportunities, along with information stalls and free refreshments.

I attended last year and found it very informative and worthwhile.
