☀️ Hot Weather Reminder for All Parents ☀️

As the warmer weather continues, we kindly ask all parents to help us keep the children safe in the sun.

🌞 Please ensure your child arrives at nursery with: A sun hat, Sun cream already applied before they come in. A named bottle of sun cream left in the setting so we can reapply it throughout the day.

These measures help us keep every child protected while they enjoy outdoor play.
Thank you for your support and for helping us keep our little ones safe and comfortable in the sunshine! 🌼☀️

Sometimes what looks like “just play” is actually something much bigger. 💛
When children are pouring water, building with blocks, drawing with chalk, or making a mess in the sand — they are learning, exploring, creating, and growing.
Through play, children develop: ✨ Problem-solving skills
✨ Language and communication
✨ Coordination and fine motor skills
✨ Emotional regulation
✨ Critical thinking and creativity
✨ Understanding of cause and effect
Play is never just play.
It is brain-building in real time. 🧠
So the next time you see a child deeply engaged in play, remember: they’re doing important work. 🌱
