Dyddiadur Dunbobbin
Yr wythnos hon, mi ymunais i efo Tîm Troseddau Cefn Gwlad Heddlu Gogledd Cymru ar draws Wrecsam a Dyffryn Clwyd, er mwyn cyfarfod efo cynrychiolwyr o’r gymuned amaethyddol fel rhan o Wythnos Gweithredu’n Erbyn Troseddau Cefn Gwlad, ac er mwyn trafod yr heriau sy’n wynebu’n cymunedau cefn gwlad ni, a’r gwaith sy’n digwydd er mwyn atal ac ymdrin â throseddau cefn gwlad.
Mi gyhoeddais hefyd ail bennod fy mhodlediad i, Materion Gogledd Cymru, gafodd ei ffilmio yn Sioe Môn eleni. Mae’r bennod yn canolbwyntio ar droseddau cefn gwlad ac yn amlygu pwysigrwydd gwarchod ein cymunedau ffermio a’n cefn gwlad ni.
Yn Amlwch, mi roeddwn i wrth fy modd yn ymweld â Chraig y Don er mwyn helpu agor maes beicio’n swyddogol, a gyflawnwyd drwy ymrwymiad a phartneriaeth sefydliadau lleol ac aelodau’r gymuned. Mae’n gyfleuster newydd gwych a fydd yn rhoi cyfleoedd i bobl ifanc a theuluoedd fwynhau gweithgareddau yn yr awyr agored.
Mi ddaeth yr wythnos i ben yng Ngwesty’r White House yn Rhuallt, lle mi ymunais i efo noson Hir Wasanaeth a Chymeradwyaeth HGC. Mi roedd yn fraint cydnabod a dathlu’r swyddogion, staff a gwirfoddolwyr rhagorol sydd wedi ymrwymo i wasanaethu cymunedau ledled Gogledd Cymru.

Dunbobbin's Diary
This week, I joined NWP's Rural Crime Team for visits across Wrexham and the Vale of Clwyd to meet representatives from the farming community as part of Rural Crime Action Week and to discuss the challenges facing our rural communities and work taking place to prevent and tackle rural crime.
I also launched the second edition of my podcast, North Wales Matters, filmed at this year's Anglesey Show. The episode focuses on rural crime and highlights the importance of protecting our farming communities and countryside.
In Amlwch, I was delighted to visit Craig-y-Don to help officially open a new bike park, delivered through the commitment and partnership of local organisations and community members. It's a fantastic new facility that will provide opportunities for young people and families to enjoy outdoor activities.
The week concluded at the White House Hotel, Rhuallt, where I joined NWP's Long Service and Commendation Presentation evening. It was a privilege to recognise and celebrate the outstanding officers, staff and volunteers who have dedicated themselves to serving communities across North Wales.
