Today, Wednesday 9th September, we join the nation in honouring those who have lost their lives serving our communities for Emergency Services Day (999 Day). At 9:00 am, we'll hold a two-minute silence to remember the dedication and bravery of emergency service personnel.
We invite you to join us in this moment of reflection. Today, we'd also love to hear your messages of support for the emergency service personnel who continue to protect our communities every day.

Also in attendance at our car wash will be Coleshill's Fire Fighter Ebbon. Who is running the London Marathon 2027 to support the Fire Fighters Charity!
The charity does incredible work supporting firefighters and their families with physical rehab, mental health care, and lifelong support.

September marks the second of our car washes at Coleshill fire Station. Come along meet the crew, have a look at the appliance, have your car cleaned and ensure your little ones are safe with a free car seat check.

As a fire service, what we do is simple — we’re here to serve and protect our community. But every now and then, when times like these put our services to the test, it’s incredible to see that our community pulls together too.

Your support, kindness and appreciation genuinely means a lot to the crews. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

5:00pm Thursday 13 August. Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service have declared a major incident due to a large fire in Salford Priors. There is a large emergency presence in the area and we continue to advise residents nearby to close all doors and windows. Please stay away from the area. Our control room is receiving a large number of calls, so please contact us only in a genuine emergency.
It's imperative that residents take all steps to reduce any fire risk. Please read advice on our social media channels about fire and water safety. You can make all the difference.

Warwickshire is once again experiencing another heatwave with heat health warnings in place. During hot weather, water-related incidents increase and it's especially important to remind children and young people of the dangers of entering water, there are often hidden risks such as cold-water shock or currents.
Would your child know what to do if they found themselves in a dangerous situation? 🆘 Show them this video and teach them the ‘Float to Live' technique. It could save their life one day!
