They don't come around often but the Town Council currently has an office to let in the upstairs (Sumner Suite) of the Coleshill Town Hall. It is a self-contained office space, wired for phone and broadband connection with a shared use of a kitchenette.

Rent is very competitive with other office providers in the town. It would ideally suit a one or two person business operation. Out of hours access arrangement is possible.

Over a week ago, a perfectly good bike (possibly a teenage child's size) was found apparently left outside the Swan Hotel on Coleshill High Street.

Nobody reported it missing in the pub. Someone thought, perhaps strangely that, in the absence of a police station, it should be handed in at the Town Council.

We have had it for over a week now and wonder if anyone knows of one missing? I will not give the colour, logo or manufacturer details, as the owner might now use those to prove ownership. Are you or a family member missing a child's bike?

Can I please make you aware that the Coleshill Town Hall appears to have been used in a SCAM. We understand there is a poster that has been distributed via Facebook, advertising a craft event at the Town Hall on 30th and 31st March (which is Easter weekend). The 'organiser' is asking for £20 or £40 for the use of tables to be paid via PayPal.

THIS IS NOT HAPPENING. No booking has been made for that weekend. We only found out as a potential stall holder /seller phoned up to ask where he should park.

We are concerned that we may receive a lot of disappointed/ annoyed stall holders turn up on the 2 days.

The more we can get this information out, the better. I cannot find the original poster but if anyone can locate that, it could be reported.

This does not happen very often, that Coleshill Town Council has someone who leaves and creates a vacancy.
Also, there are not that many jobs that would suit a parent with a child at school, who can only work mornings.
This would therefore suit a parent with 16 hours, 4 days a week, 9am to 1pm to spare. It is on a Local Government pay scheme with Warwickshire County pension scheme included.
