Come along to a motivational masterclass with Helen Logan of Motivated and Able

After developing a complex chronic condition that drastically altered the course of her life, Helen found herself navigating an exhausting, and often disheartening healthcare system, bouncing between long waiting lists, much uncertainty and limited answers

Holding on to hope was difficult

Progress felt impossible

But what started as survival became something much more…

Helen discovered movement

She took ownership of her pain, and suddenly, everything changed.

Helen's powerful story is a testament to resilience - she battled through a personal storm, found her way out, and now empowers others to do the same.

Women's Spaces are holding an online launch of their new Digital Toolkit on Tuesday 10th June at 7pm via zoom.

The toolkit Pillars for Peacebuilding showcases videos, blogs, tools and a timeline on women’s activism in Northern Ireland and roles in the community pre and post signing of the Good Friday/Belfast Agreement.

You can improve your chances of employment by attending a short Hospitality Taster Academy from Monday 6 May, 10am-3.30pm at the College’s Causeway Campus in Coleraine.

You will learn lots of skills to help you start your career in hospitality, including Customer Service, Food Safety and Working in a Team. You will also have the opportunity to meet a local hospitality employer as part of the academy.

A short information session will take place on Wednesday 30 April at 1.30pm in Millburn Community Centre.
