Anglian Water - Love Every Drop is expecting us to love every drop and thus conserve every drop. However when a leak appears in the street, a notice is put up with an incident number. When will the action be taken to stop this leak!
I have been on holiday so I am not sure when this notice was stuck on the drainpipe, but I have been back a week and I have not seen any action from Anglian Water. Undoubtedly my and your water bill will increase again this year because of these leaks.

It's a scorcher! 🌞There are bin collection changes this week due to the hot weather. ♻️

This week our waste crews will be starting earlier than usual to help beat the heat. 😅

Collections will begin from 6am all week, so please make sure your recycling, rubbish, garden waste, glass and food waste are out by 6am on your usual collection day. 👍

A reminder too that we are no longer collecting green boxes of tins and cans. Please put tins and cans in your mixed recycling wheeled bin, or in your clear recycling bags. 🥫

🚨 Day of Action on Illegal E-Scooters & Unsafe E-Bikes 🚨

Essex Police is supporting a national day of action to tackle the illegal use of e-scooters and unsafe e-bikes.
Led by our Roads Policing Unit and local neighbourhood policing teams, the focus will be on education, enforcement and keeping our communities safe.

🔎 What you need to know:
• Privately-owned e-scooters are illegal on public roads, pavements and cycle paths
• They can only be used on private land with permission
• Illegal e-scooters can and will be seized
• Only government-approved rental e-scooters are allowed in certain areas

👮 On the day, officers will:
• Target illegal riders
• Seize unsafe vehicles
• Speak to riders about the law and risks
• Raise awareness around anti-social behaviour

⚠️ Unintentional law-breaking is not an excuse
Before you buy or ride, make sure you understand the rules.
