Colchester Toy Library is a charity organisation, as well as hiring everyday toys we also offer support to local families with children that have additional needs. Now based above Prettygate Library, we are nearly completely back up and running with even more to offer. Every Tuesday afternoon we will be offering SEN Stay and Play sessions for children with additional needs (siblings welcome) betwe

en 1-2.30pm. We are open all year round so will have preschool sessions term time with opportunities for slightly older children to attend in the holidays and possibly afterschool clubs in the near future (Please follow the page for so you know about events for these). We are also currently building up our very own 'SENsory Library' which will include more specialist equipment as well sensory toys available within the library. So if you have been recommended items by a professional or would like to give something a go before you commit to buy, please let us know and we'll see if we can stock it if we don't already have it.
