Whether you're helping with transport, helping to set up the room, chatting with participants, making tea, baking cakes, or joining in and helping participants with the activities, you help make every session what it is.

Your time, kindness, and willingness to lend a hand create such a welcoming atmosphere, and it doesn't go unnoticed. The sessions wouldn't be the same without you.

Lewis Capaldi's latest song STAY LOVE was released recently, just in time for National Carers' Week, 8th - 14th June. It is a dedication to those who quietly care for loved ones, often without recognition and in challenging circumstances.
