A Truly Amazing Day Out for Our Pre‑School Children 🌟
Billing Aquadrome
We recently had the most wonderful day out, generously gifted free to the school by the manager of Billing Aquadrome, and we couldn’t wait to share what a fantastic experience it was for the children.
From the moment we arrived, the excitement was clear to see. The children took part in a variety of hands‑on, fun‑filled activities, including making slime, which was a firm favourite and sparked lots of curiosity and laughter.
They also enjoyed panning for gold, giving them the chance to explore, discover, and use their fine motor skills in a new and exciting way.
There was plenty of time for active fun too. The children loved playing in the water park, splashing, laughing, and cooling off, as well as exploring the fantastic play area, which offered lots of opportunities for climbing, balancing, and imaginative play.
A lovely lunch was provided, giving everyone a chance to refuel and relax together before the afternoon adventures continued. One of the highlights of the day was feeding the alpacas – a calm and memorable experience that encouraged gentle handling, care for animals, and lots of conversation.
Overall, it was an amazing experience for the children, full of smiles, learning, and special memories. We are incredibly grateful to the team at Billing Aquadrome for their kindness and generosity in making this day possible.
