We have just heard the very sad news regarding the death of John Ainslie, co-ordinator of Scottish CND for over 25 years, passing away earlier today.

Clydebank CND sends our condolences to Johns family at this time.

He was extremely supportive in the establishment of Clydebank CND and it was a pleasure to get access to the knowledge and advice of an individual who has dedicated his life to the movement.

Any condolences sent to Scottish CND's head office will be passed on to John's family.
