A huge thank you to all the Year 6 pupils who joined us at our Primary School Quiz last week! 🎉

Year 8 Holy Spirit Retreat Day 🕊️🔥

Today, our Year 8 pupils began their Holy Spirit Retreat Day with a beautiful Celebration of the Word.

Throughout the day, they will reflect on the gift of the Holy Spirit, the significance of Pentecost, and how we are all called to share the Word of God through our actions, words, and faith.

We wish them a meaningful and prayerful day filled with reflection, learning, and spiritual growth.

Well done to Hyndburn and Ribble Valley District Schools U15 Boys Football Team, who were crowned ESFA District Schools North West Champions on Saturday with an impressive 3–0 victory over Sefton in the final.

Following the disappointment of narrowly missing out in the national final, this was a thoroughly deserved success. All of the boys represented both their district and the school with pride, commitment and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The team now looks ahead to one final challenge this season in the ESFA Lancashire Cup Final on 12th June 🤞

We are immensely proud of what Niall and Will have achieved this year in their football.

Parental Information Evening from the Mental Health in Schools Team

On Wednesday 10th June at 5-6pm, we have managed to secure the MHST (Mental Health in Schools Team) to come in to deliver a session explaining their service to year 7-10 parents. The team who are part of the NHS can provide low level mental health support for children. They will explain their work and how a referral can be made. All parents are invited. In order to ensure we have enough seats etc, we need an indication of attendance by Monday 8th June.
