Leisure Lakes Bikes are back with their MTB Demo Weekend tomorrow (Sat 30th) and Sunday (31st). It's the perfect chance to come and test eMTB and MTB's from the best brands and hit the trails🚴

Please note that both the Main Hub and Cocklet Hill car parks will be CLOSED to the public.

Alternative parking can be found at Stocks reservoir and Tosside village.

Good news!

United Utilities have now completed the works at Stocks Reservoir, and the Stocks Circular Walk is fully open again 🥾🌿

Thanks to everyone for their patience during the works over the past few months.

And don’t forget, you can also enjoy our other walking and MTB trails and stop by The Hungry Pine for a coffee and snack during your visit ☕🌲

UPDATE:
Having spoke to the workmen this afternoon, the closure will also be in place tomorrow from 8am. There will be a lengthy detour, so please plan your route.

Due to a road closure, that we were not informed about The Soundbath event is cancelled.
There is no access to the forest via Dugdale Lane. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Car park payments
We are aware of a temporary technical issue with our car park payment systems at Whinlatter, Grizedale, Gisburn and Dodd Wood. If you have visited us recently you may see your parking payment on your bank statement displayed as ‘FE Whinlatter’. Our car park partner is aware of the issue and we are working with them to rectify this as soon as possible.

Please be assured that if you have paid for parking either onsite or online after your visit within 48 hours you will not receive a penalty charge.

Today's the day of the Pendle Panthers - CSP BMX under 12's mini enduro 🏆

The Cocklet Hill section of MTB trail will be closed between 10am-2pm for the races. All remaining trails are open.

The site will be very busy today with both car parks expected to get full, you may wish to visit us on another day instead to avoid disappointment!
