We are at the eve of the village Fair to commemorate VE Day but also to acknowledge all the people of Grindleton. Thank you for your support; donations of prizes and giving time to make it a success. So - come and have a lovely day in the sunshine. Look forward to seeing you there.

Here is a run down of what you can expect at the Village Fair. Everything opens at 10am - the craft stalls in the main hall and all the others in the big marquee and on the field and car park. At 11am there will be maypole dancing - just a short display.
At 1.30 - 3pm Clitheroe Band will be playing in the small marquee.
At 3pm our youth band 'Static' will play for the final hour.
Everything will close at 4pm.
The bar will be in the big marquee
There will be tea / coffee and delicious cake on the patio area
Pizza van in the corner of the car park.
Bring something to sit on if you want to picnic on the field.
Come and have a lovely time - bring friends and family.

The weather is looking like being very kind to us on Saturday. Picnic blankets, fold up chairs might be a great idea… and sun cream I think!!!

Maypole practice this evening… if you want to see more come down at 11am on Saturday. You can even have a go yourself!!
