We are hiring: Level 2–5 Health and Social Care Assessor (Hybrid)

This is a newly created role, developed as a result of our continued growth. You will be working with a caseload of approximately 50 new or recently enrolled learners. You will not be inheriting someone else’s caseload because they have left — this role is about building relationships and supporting learners from the start of their journey with us.

🎄 Christmas Office Closure 🎄

The BCE office will be closed for the Christmas period from 5.00 pm on Monday 23rd December, reopening at 8.00 am on Monday 5th January.

During this time, our team will be taking a well earned break to rest and recharge. We will respond to all enquiries as soon as we return.

Thank you for your continued support throughout the year. We wish all our learners, employers, and partners a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Wow, what a year!

As the year draws to a close, the team at BCE have taken time to reflect on what we have achieved together and we are incredibly proud of the outcomes for our learners, employers and our team.

Here are a few highlights from the year:
• Just one apprentice currently past their planned end date
• 100% of learner work marked consistently within ten working days
• Only 4% of learners currently on a break in learning
• 98% of apprentices have had a review within the last twelve weeks
• 78% of apprentices achieve a merit or distinction at End-Point Assessment
• 98% achievement rate on our Level 5 Certificate in the Principles of Commissioning for Wellbeing qualification

Our people matter too. Over the past five years:
• 19% of our staff have been at BCE over five years
• 38% between one and five years
• 43% under twelve months, with three quarters of these roles created due to company growth, not attrition

These results reflect our commitment to quality, consistency, and long-term partnerships and, most importantly, to doing the right thing for our learners and employers.

A huge thank you to our incredible team and the employers who trust us to support their people.

‼️We are hiring: Home-Based Administrator ‼️

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in a home-based position.

If you have excellent customer service skills, a positive approach, and enjoy supporting others, we would love to hear from you. Experience within the education or training sector is a bonus, but not essential — the right attitude and a commitment to great service matter most.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing responsive and professional support to learners, employers and internal teams
Managing documentation, data entry and general administrative tasks
Supporting onboarding processes and maintaining accurate records
Handling enquiries with clarity, care, and attention to detail

What we are looking for:
Strong customer service ethos
Confident communication skills
Good organisational abilities and task prioritisation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems
Ability to work independently from home
