Shropshire Local Plan
Shropshire Council is seeking views on the initial proposals for the vision, policies and potential site allocations for future development through the Local Plan. For more information please follow this link to their website: https://getinvolved.shropshire.gov.uk/consultations/shropshire-local-plan-scoping-consultation/

Please do get involved and send your comments regarding the Local Plan to Shropshire Council via this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ShropshireLocalPlanScoping

The Town Council has asked Shropshire Council to hold a Drop-In Session on the Local Plan here in Cleobury Mortimer - the nearest sessions otherwise, are in Ludlow (2nd June) or Highley (26th June).
If we are unsuccessful in our request, we will be happy to receive your views and comments on the Local Plan at the next Town Council surgery (Saturday 20th June, from 10am - 12noon at the Market Hall) and forward them onto Shropshire Council.

A comprehensive scoping consultation for the preparation of the next Shropshire Local Plan, which will guide sustainable growth and development in the county up to 2046.

🚧 Road Closure Notice – Ronhill Lane 🚧

We have been informed by National Grid that Ronhill Lane will be closed on Thursday 9th April between 9:30am and 4:00pm.

This temporary closure is necessary to allow for the safe removal of trees in close proximity to overhead power lines.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while this essential work is carried out. Please plan your journeys accordingly and allow extra time where needed.
