💜 Meet Nikki – The Heart Behind Rock Steady Boxing 💜

At Access Dignity Care, we're incredibly proud to introduce Nikki Faber, our dedicated Training Manager and the driving force behind Rock Steady Boxing Walton-on-the-Naze.

For Nikki, this isn't just another string to her bow—it's a personal mission.

Having close personal connections to Parkinson's disease, Nikki understands first-hand the challenges that people living with the condition, and their families, can face every day. That personal experience has inspired her passion to make a real difference within our local community.

Over the past year, Nikki has shown extraordinary commitment and determination, travelling across the UK and even to Canada to complete specialist training and become a Certified Rock Steady Boxing Instructor. It's been a journey of hard work, dedication and perseverance, and we couldn't be prouder of what she has achieved.

🥊 Our mission is simple:

To help people living with Parkinson's improve their balance, strength, mobility, confidence and quality of life through fun, engaging and non-contact boxing-inspired exercise classes in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Every class is designed to empower participants, encourage friendships and remind everyone that they are never facing Parkinson's alone.

As a team at Access Dignity Care, we're honoured to be bringing Rock Steady Boxing to Walton-on-the-Naze and providing this internationally recognised programme for our community.

This is more than an exercise class—it's about building confidence, creating connections and giving people the opportunity to fight back against Parkinson's together.

🚨 Exciting things have been happening behind the scenes at Access Dignity Care... 🚨

For the past several months, we've been working on something truly special for our community, and we're so excited to finally share it with you!

🥊 Rock Steady Boxing is coming to Walton-on-the-Naze!

Our Training Manager, Nikki Faber, has dedicated countless hours to becoming a certified Rock Steady Boxing instructor, travelling across the UK and even to Canada to complete specialist training and bring this internationally recognised programme to our local community.

Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness programme designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's disease. It has helped thousands of people worldwide improve their balance, strength, mobility, confidence and overall quality of life in a fun, supportive and welcoming environment.

We're incredibly proud that Access Dignity Care is bringing Rock Steady Boxing to Walton-on-the-Naze, furthering our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our local community.

🩵 Progress Together with Parkinson's uk 🩵

Today our Nikki is at Essex University, with Ian from Parkinson's UK, at their community event for people living with Parkinson's and their loved ones.

An amazing event with a whole host of guest speakers including Doctors, Professors and Parkinson's Research.
