One of our members works for an English based company, at their Edinburgh branch.

He worked last Monday because it was not a bank holiday in Scotland.

He has had his timesheet questioned *twice* by the English based payroll department 🤣🤣🤣

Great news for folk who rely on bus services.

🚌 The continuing roll out of the £2 bus fare cap is great news, now to extend it to Stirling! I’ve written to Cabinet Secretary Stephen Flynn urging extension of the scheme, for West Stirlingshire in particular it will be transformative.

So Sarwar is sacked already? 😂😂😂

Mental health support should be there when people need it most.

24/7 Mental Health Triage Cars, already operating in Glasgow, Inverness and Dundee, will be rolled out to every region in Scotland.

“The Project Willow report, commissioned by both the UK and Scottish Governments, pointed to sustainable aviation fuel as a promising sector for job creation at the former oil refinery site. However, the site was excluded from the UK Government’s recent funding awards.”

Grangemouth has not received any of the £200 million UK Government funding allocated for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) projects, despite a report identifying the site as a potential hub for industry-related employment.

Starmer…. remember him?

The Labour leadership candidate who claimed to be the “Corbyn continuity candidate” and then dropped all of his candidate pledges.

The opposition leader who dropped all of his election pledges once in power.

The PM and party leader who stated that he would fight a leadership challenge…. and then just stepped aside to allow Burnham to “walk in”.

Surprise, surprise…..

Like Monty Python’s “Brave Sir Robin” he is running away.

Dinne let the door hit yet earse on the way oot, Starmer!

Could be an interesting by-election.
