Boundaries & Consent, an essential part of communication covered on The Way of th Medicine Horse Course, where you begin your journey into the awareness of your own body through the breath, of being present in the moment, of being mindful and how to recognise and acknowledge personal and energetic boundaries. We need to understand how energetic interconnectedness and communication works for our own self development, to remember` this vital part of our communication skills. To know, understand, to feel in awareness, not only our own energetic boundaries - and personal space but others too - even and including all fauna and flora. This, along with all that we help you discover or re-remember is much easier to `get` by experience.

Hi. at 76 I am venturing into doing a `Selfie` for the first time. I know I`m not very good at it, but wanted to show that what we teach is from the heart, and experience based (with qualifications- for those of you who think you have to have qualifications, degrees, or even just certificates to prove you know what you are talking about!). The Way of the Medicine Horse course started life about 15 years ago. We take a maximum of 6 clients (pupils) so that everyone can get the most out of each session and can take part as an individual and as a group, as everyone learns or takes things in differently and at different speeds. Being experiential rather than zoomy! helps for the `whole` person to absorb, it then becomes a far more enjoyable way of learning - or relearning that the full art of communication with the Horses, opens us up to the whole living world, helps us to discern what we take in - or not, and even more, to cope in a much more positive way with everyday life, work, love and who we are, what we really need out of life, our gifts and talents, our strengths and weaknesses and through this we learn to honour our personal feelings and truths.

ACTIONLESS AWARENESS or Observation without interaction. This is a very important part of communication that our prey animals do all the time for their survival. Why and How will it help us. We learn to be in the moment, to be able to be more discerning, Helps in self awareness, self growth, self preservation, and self confidence, and so much more.
