I've loved serving as your Borough Councillor for Chorley North East over the past 5 years. I've been blessed with the kindest, most supportive & hardworking colleagues in the whole world Cllr Margaret France, County Councillor Kim Snape & Cllr Gordon France. They have become like family to me over the years. ๐ซถ๐โค๏ธ
I'm so proud of everything we have achieved together (including extending the opening hours of Brinscall Baths, upgrading Abbey Village Playground, organising skip days in our villages, fighting against SO MUCH planning and more ๐). We are visible & approachable all year round! ๐ฃ
I'm really enjoying reflecting this evening - we have so much to be proud of, but most of all, I'm proud of how much this role has made me grow as a person. And that's thanks to all of you in Chorley North East - you've challenged me, you've made me question things and you've helped me learn. I've used that growth to help improve our community and I am so grateful for your trust and support. I really hope I can continue fighting for our communities after tomorrow. I have LOVED this role and I'm ready to give and fight for more! ๐๐ซถ
