🏡We are seeking a full-time Residential Care Worker to join our residential children’s home in Thornton-Cleveleys.

✅Betula House is Ofsted registered to accommodate one child/young person with emotional & behavioural difficulties (EBD).

🫶Experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and progress in this wonderful sector, as well as safeguard the young people in our care is a must.

🚗Must hold a full UK driving licence and be available to work a 48 hour shift including sleeps, on a working pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off.

💷Hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, plus £60 per sleep. Annual earnings of £30,600 plus the opportunity to earn more through over-time.

We’re so very proud of everyone at Betula House for making this house a home, particularly our Registered Manager, Catherine Darby.

Cathy has worked in children’s residential care for many years and this truly is her time to shine as a manager.

We’re so excited to see Cathy in her new role and for the young people we care for to be happy & flourish in their lovely home before moving onto even greater things.

Our registered manager, George, and the entire team at Aspen House, work incredibly hard every day to maintain our exceptionally high standards of care for our young people.

Our two young people are thriving in their loving home, and we look forward to seeing them reach their full potential with us, until the time comes for them to move on from Aspen House.
