As part of our ‘All About Me’ topic, the children have been exploring the people who are special to them and what makes each of our families unique. 🏡❤️

Today, they had the chance to create their very own family trees — drawing, colouring and talking about the important people in their lives. We loved listening to the little stories and conversations that came along with their pictures! 🌈

What better way to learn, explore and have fun than a trip to the park! 🛝✨

Our little explorers had the best time getting active, challenging themselves and enjoying lots of outdoor adventures together. From climbing and balancing to swinging, spinning and encouraging their friends, there were so many opportunities for learning through play! 🌈

And of course, there was plenty of laughter along the way! 🥰

Monday – Friday
🕗 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00am – 3:15pm
🕣 Thursday: 8:30am – 3:15pm

⭐ EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
Monday – Friday

We are looking for people who are qualified in Early Years and have previous experience working within an Early Years setting.

Most importantly, we want people who are truly passionate about Early Years and love helping little ones learn, develop and thrive. 🌱

Exciting News – We’re Becoming Little Rainbows! 🌈

We’re excited to share a little update with you! 💛

Over the coming weeks, we will be bringing all of our pre-schools together under one name:

🌈✨ Little Rainbows ✨🌈

While our name may be changing, everything you know and love about our pre-schools will remain the same. Our wonderful teams, caring environments and commitment to giving every child the happiest possible start will continue just as before. ❤️

Having one name across all of our settings will help bring our pre-school family together and create one recognisable identity as we continue to grow.

You may start to notice our new Little Rainbows name appearing on our signage, social media, paperwork and communications over the coming weeks.

We’re so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait for you and your little ones to be part of it! 🌈

✈️ Passport ready... holiday adventures begin here! 🌞🍦
This week we've started our exciting new Holidays topic, and what better way to celebrate than by creating colourful ice cream cones?
Using cotton pads, pipettes, paint and lots of sprinkles, the children explored different colours and created their own delicious-looking ice cream creations. They loved watching the colours spread across the cotton pads, choosing their favourite "flavours" and adding plenty of sprinkles to finish them off.

This week, our children are discovering that sports are made up of lots of different games, and every game helps us build important skills!
Today, our little learners took on a colourful sorting challenge, racing against the timer to match the coloured sticks to the correct colour mats before time ran out! There were lots of excited smiles, careful thinking and determined little hands as everyone worked hard to complete the challenge.
It's amazing how much learning can happen through a handful of coloured sticks and a little friendly competition! 🌈

Today our preschool children had a very exciting opportunity to wear their new primary school uniforms! 👕🎒
This special activity encouraged the children to recognise which friends will be joining them at the same school in September, helping to build familiar friendships and support a smooth transition into their next adventure. 💙❤️💚
The children proudly practised dressing independently by putting on their jumpers and cardigans, developing their self-care skills and growing in confidence. It was wonderful to see them chatting about their new schools, comparing uniforms and sharing their excitement for what lies ahead.
We are so proud of how ready they are for this next chapter and can't wait to see them flourish. 🌟

Sports Week – Trophy Creations 🏆
To launch our exciting Sports Week, the children took part in a creative trophy-making activity, celebrating participation, achievement and perseverance. Using paper plates, paint and a variety of decorative resources, the children designed their own unique trophies while discussing what it means to try their best, work as a team and celebrate success. This activity encouraged children to make independent creative choices, developing their confidence and sense of pride in their own achievements.
We look forward to a week full of active challenges, teamwork and sporting fun! 🌟🏅
