SCHEDULE OF DEMOS
- 11:00 AM: Ladder Demonstration 🪜
- 12:00 PM: Road Traffic Collision (RTC) Rescue Demo 🚗
- 1:00 PM: Breathing Apparatus & Rescue Demo 🧑‍🚒

Bring the whole family down for a day full of fun, food, and fire engines!

WHAT ELSE IS ON?
- BBQ & Cake Stalls: Delicious hot food and homemade treats 🍔🧁

- Explore the Truck: Get up close to the fire engines and check out our gear 🚒
- Fun Activities: Games and hands-on fun for all ages 🎉 Including firefighter challenges!

💳 PLEASE NOTE: Cash is strongly recommended! We only have one card reader available on the day, so bringing cash will help with queues for food etc.
All proceeds go to the firefighters charity.

Guess where the Chippy crew were when last nights emergency wildfire text alert went off? Yup… we were responding to our second outdoor fire of the day 🔥 seen in the photo being assisted by our colleagues from Burford Fire Station with their 4x4.

Please help us all by taking a second to read this really important advice:

With the current hot, dry conditions, the risk of fire remains extremely high. Please do your part to help keep our communities safe:

❌ Do not light BBQs, campfires or bonfires in open countryside areas
❌ Never discard ci******es on the ground or from vehicles
❌ Take all litter home, especially glass bottles which can focus sunlight
✅ Report signs of fire immediately by calling 999

Having the chance to practice in real venues and unique buildings is invaluable for keeping our skills sharp and ensuring we’re fully prepared for any situation.
Doing it all under the backdrop of last night's eclipse made for an extra memorable evening of training! 🌒✨

After lots of sweaty work at field fires recently, the Chippy crew had a less strenuous but very rewarding job yesterday - rescuing this lovely pup! Nia got accidentally locked in the car by stepping on the lock button after mum had secured her in! Thanks to some clever tools we carry no damage was caused to the car, and we snapped this pic once pup and a very relieved mum were reunited ❤️
