We’re SO excited to be launching our brand-new Mini’s Clubs at the Fairytale Farm Learning Hub — starting THIS TUESDAY! 🥳🐰🌈

Designed especially for our youngest learners, Mini’s Club is a chance for little ones to explore, create, get messy, connect with nature and learn through play — all in the magical surroundings of the farm. 🌱🎨🐑

Think outdoor adventures, animals, creativity, sensory play, nature, stories, discovery and lots of fun… with space for little minds to learn in their own way. 💚

Whether your little one is ready for their first experience of group learning, home educated primary, preschool age or simply LOVES getting stuck into farm life, we’d love to welcome you!

Our hugely anticipated Fairytale Farm Learning Hub returns to the farm from next week, running Monday–Wednesday — bringing creative, curious and outdoor learning back to where it belongs… in nature, with animals, and with plenty of room to explore! 🐑🌱🎨

And we’re SO excited to introduce something NEW… 💫
🍄 MINIS @ THE LEARNING HUB — TUESDAYS! 🍄

Our brand-new Minis group means our preschoolers can now join us too, alongside our primary-aged learners, getting stuck into playful, creative and sensory learning inspired by the wonderful world around them.

From exploring nature and caring for animals to making, creating, discovering and getting wonderfully muddy… 🌳🐐🖌️✨

It’s learning with a difference — child-led, outdoors, hands-on and full of imagination.

The Story Behind the Wonderland ✨

✨ Once upon a time… there was a little girl called Olivia (see her at the start of the story and now as you swipe left.. 🧚‍♀️

Her Mum and Dad had a big idea…

Nick and Nicola Laister wanted to create somewhere their daughter Olivia, who has cerebral palsy, could enjoy alongside her brothers and sister — not from the sidelines, and not somewhere that felt separate or institutional.

They couldn’t find that place… so they decided to build it themselves. ❤️

And that’s how Fairytale Farm was born.

A place where fairy tales, animals and adventure come together — but, most importantly, where disabled children come first in the design, while everyone is welcome.

No separate experience.
No one left behind.
No complicated booking just to have fun.

Just turn up, explore, play and enjoy the day together. 🌈

But there’s another special part of our story…

🌿 Almost everything at Fairytale Farm is handmade, homemade or repurposed. ♻️

We’ve rescued, reinvented and breathed new life into things that might otherwise have been thrown away — including attractions, materials and animals from elsewhere — giving them a new story here on the farm.

✨ We like to think of Fairytale Farm as the UK’s first upcycled and sustainably purposed visitor attraction — proving that you don’t need to start from scratch to create something wonderful.

Sometimes, the things that others throw away just need a little imagination. 💚

So, behind every fairy tale, every play area and every quirky corner, there’s a story of family, inclusion, creativity, sustainability and a whole lot of love.

And that’s the real story of Fairytale Farm…

A place built from a dream — for every child. 🏰💚

September is here. The days are getting shorter, the evenings are drawing in, and there’s a little magic in the air… 🍂🌙
And as the golden light of summer fades, Fairytale Farm begins to glow. ✨

This autumn, come and experience the Farm after dark as our pathways, gardens and magical worlds are transformed by our Autumn Illuminations. COMING UP….

Wander through the twinkling lights, discover the magic around every corner and make memories together beneath the autumn night sky. 🍁✨

Illuminated Evenings are coming back to Fairytale Farm from 23 October to 15 November 2026. Join us every Friday, Saturday and Sunday - plus every evening during October Half Term - as the farm transforms into a glowing wonderland of light, colour and music.

Brand new for 2026: experience Journey to Alice's Wonderland fully illuminated after dark.
