Flu is just like a heavy cold!
A bad bout of flu is much worse than a heavy cold,symptoms come on suddenly & sometimes severely. Including fever, chills, headaches and aching muscles, a cough & sore throat needing 2-3 days in bed. Complications of flu lead to hospital admission
