We are looking for a friendly, reliable Outreach Support Worker to work alongside another staff member supporting a young person with additional needs. The role involves providing support in the community, enabling the young person to take part in activities they enjoy while promoting independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Job Title: Outreach Support Worker

📍Location: Peterlee
⏰Hours: 5 hours every Sunday (times to be agreed)
💵£13.25 per hour – Non-drivers
💵£14.24 per hour – Drivers with business insurance

Essential Requirements
✔️Caring, patient, and dependable approach
✔️Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (paid or personal experience welcomed)
✔️Ability to work well as part of a team
✔️Good communication skills
✔️Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing
✔️Right to work in the UK

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
